Best Workout to Lose Weight (BUST THRU PLATEAUS!!)
The workout today we're going to do is goingto push you past that plateau.
The first set of exercises are lateral lungerow, to back lunge overhead press.
Try to do 10 to 12 per arm.
You're just going to do a deep, lateral lunge.
Really think about rowing that arm back, steppingback into a deep back lunge, and press to overhead.
Our second exercise is a front lunge curl,tricep extension pushup.
You're just going to lunge nice and deep,you're going to get a nice curl, keep your back nice and straight as you push those dumbbellsup to the ceiling, drop to the ground, and do a pushup.
Try to do 10 to 12 reps.
Our third exercise, slider seesaws to mountainclimber v-ups.
You're just going to start on your elbows,pulling your body back and forth about five times.
You're going to pop it to do about 10 mountainclimbers, and then you're just going to do about five v-ups, pulling your feet as closeto your hands as possible.
Our last exercise, swing 90 jumps, plie jumps,weighted skaters.
The swing 90 jumps, you're just going to holdthe dumbbell, you're going to swing it between your legs.
You're going to hop to the front, to the side,back to the front, back to the side.
Then we're going to immediately go into pliejumps.
You're going to get that nice, plie squat.
You're going to explosively jump up and down,then you're going to go right into the weighted skater jump.
Keep them explosive.
So try to remember, if you feel like you'rehitting a plateau in your workout think about changing things up.
Either by just doing different movements thatyou normally don't do.
Hopefully that's some of the things I've shownyou today, or it could be as easy as the pace of your workout.
If you're moving a little bit slower, thinkabout moving it up a little bit quicker.
Let's say you're lifting weights and you'realways doing the same thing.
Maybe stop and do isometric holds.
A lot of times it's just little tweaks inyour workout that can make a big difference and get you past that plateau you're in rightnow.
