Fat Burning Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Today I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes that's loaded with protein, superhealthy for you and super quick.
It is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
Sounds delicious, doesn'tit? And it is.
All you have to do is take about three-fourth cup of plain Greek yogurt.
Greek yogurt is a wonderful protein source and it's loaded with probiotics which helpswith inflammation in your gut, ultimately leading you to a flatter stomach.
Then you'regoing to have a table spoon of almond butter, another wonderful protein source and a wonderfulfat that you can have in your diet.
I'm going to take one teaspoon of vanillaand a handful, you can see about how much I have, handful of dark coco nips chocolatechips that are 70 percent higher in cacao then you're going to take one teaspoon ofStevia.
This is a natural sweetener that I like to use.
So, you're going to take all of this and mixed it together in the bowl with the yogurt, yourvanilla and your chocolate chips.
Mix it together and now you have a delicious, tasting chocolatechip cookie dough recipe.
