Health and Fitness New Years Resolutions (Happy New Year!)
Hey guys! I just want to wish everybody aHappy New Year and send a huge thank you for watching my videos.
And for all the peoplewho subscribed and who will continue to subscribe, thank you so much.
I’m so glad to have theopportunity to provide you with all this value and all these videos and thanks so much forall the comments, for all the likes, I truly appreciate it and I’m glad that I’m ableto make a difference and help you guys out.
And I have so many more new videos plannedfor the New Year so I just want to say thank you.
I also wanted to mention something aboutJanuary, usually when it’s New Year’s everyone has their New Year’s Resolutionsand has all these great plans and people usually join gyms in January, that’s when gym membershipsusually shoot up through the roof, on January.
Like if it’s on a graph, the peak is atJanuary but what happens is it starts to die down; as the weeks go by, as the months goesby it starts to die down.
And most of those people that end up joining in January becauseof their New Year’s Resolutions they end up giving up along the way and stop comingto the gym.
Sometimes altogether, sometimes they just start coming once a week, insteadof in the beginning they were going four times a week and drop to three then to two and thenskip a few weeks and they stop coming at all.
So I just wanted to make this video becauseif you’re one of those people that joined, that made New Year’s Resolution that youwant to lose a certain amount of weight, gain a certain amount of muscle or just be healthieroverall and gain strength and you joined the gym because one of your New Year’s Resolutionswas to get in better shape, you have to stick to it.
Don’t be like most of the peopleout there, don’t follow the herd, stay consistent and you will achieve your results.
I justwant to put a little short video out there to say thank you and to remind you to stayconsistent always because that’s the only way you will ever reach your fitness goalsand you will achieve your fitness goals if you stay consistent, that’s the key.
I alreadymade a video like that in the past but it’s the truth.
You just have to keep at it evenif you don’t feel like it one day; you might be tired, force yourself to go to the gym.
I promise you that after 20 minutes of working out you’ll probably feel ten times betterand thank yourself for going, for pushing you to go to the gym before.
Workouts, cardio,and lifting weights it has the ability to do that to make you feel better even if youwere tired before or felt lousy or depressed.
So I wish you the best 2015.
