dill … you can also add garlic or onion powder, lemon or lime juice, parsley or cilantro,salt and pepper, etc, whatever your preference – but as a base these are the 4 main ingredients.
Simplymix them together well and you have a delicious ranch dressing or dip that has only 2 gramsof fat, offers 12 grams of protein, which is exactly what you need on your salad fora perfect fat-burning meal (veggies combined with protein), and just 70 calories!
