The 3 Week Diet Review – Does It Really Work? – Weight Loss Diet

Today we're taking a lookat ,whether or not, the 3 week diet by Brian Flat is the real deal or if it's a bunch of crap because I know, if you'relike me: You guys gets a little bit sick and tired of being led around by thesediets so-called fitness gurus but you mighthad seen this diet hanging around.
It's real popular You guysrecognize some of the advertisements out there and I'mhere to give you guys a review over real fast here so.

Brian has been aroundin the fitness industry for a long time and what do you get with the 3 week diet?well, first of all: I don't like audio play videos.
I'm giving them a free pass on that.
Now the video here will explain a lot of it andit's making a lot of big claims like "23 pounds in 21 days" "17 pounds in 21days" I mean "12 days".
Is this possible?? Five kilos in one week? (People used kilos?) Before and after pictures looksamazing.
This looks a little bit unrealistic.
I'm gonna be honest with you here.
I don't know anything about womens fatloss anyhow.
It's making a lot of different things.
Youactually get a few different things in the system: You get an introduction manual it's just basically to go through what fat loss is.
how it happens.
and get a diet manual.
It's a completebreakdown of everything that is going to be happening in the diet.
A workout manual and you get some stuff on mindset and motivationwhich is kinda cool.
So does the diet work? That's what youguys wanna see.
I'm not gonna show you everything that'sin the diet however I do have actual access to it right here.
This is the entire system I'm not gonna.
If I click on this, it's gonna bring you guys to the entire thing, I'm not going to do that.
But you know guys, I haveread it a few times myself and I will tell you that the diet doeswork.
It is actually the real deal and the reason it works is because itactually does something that literally puts you into a state where you'reactually going to be fasting and burning body fat for a long timeso that is one of the reasons why this diet works.
Is it a easy diet? Yes! No! It's kinda funny because the dietgonna seem harder first but it's gonna get really easy when you get into it a little bitand so at first it's gonne seem a bit difficult and then it's gonna be a lot easier for you guys.
But it's not gonna be like a simple.
grapefruit diet where you losea bunch of weight real fast and you don't keep that weight of.
It actually does teach you guys and actually does force your body to burn body fat instead of losing water.
That's the problemwith a lot of diets Its just wanna lose water on a diet and guess whatyou gonna lose water weight but as soon as you eat anything with carbs you gonna gaina lot of weight back.
How would I rank the 3week diet? Well, all these claims aside I would saythe diet does definitely work because it actually uses the principles of science and the science that it uses, basically creatinga large calorie deficit through how you eat your diet and that largecalorie deficit is what you guys loses all your body fat.
So it's a good diet.
It definitely does work.
It'ssomething that I would say you should check out.
I'm a former fat guy, and it got myself thinand I'm using some of the principles in this diet but itwasn't as laid out and if I did have what was in this diet:The instruction manual, the diet manual, the workout manual (I don't mind themindset and motivation manual cause I got my own) I might have had a lot easier time so ifit's something you guys want to invest in: It's definitely worth checking out.
