What is the best diet?
Welcome to this week's Optimal Energy ProjectTV.
My name is Mitch Asser and today we have a really great question.
In fact, there'sbeen so many times that I've been asked this question now in just especially the last threeto six months.
This question actually comes from Mel.
She asks, "There's so much informationout there about the nutrition that we need to eat, from counting calories to all thesedifferent diets from vegan to paleo.
" She asks, "I'm just so confused that I don't knowwhere to start.
I feel as if there's too much information out there that contradicts eachother.
" It's such a great question and it's a hundredpercent true.
I totally agree with it and I can definitely feel that confusion or thatyou just don't know what to do because there is so much information out there.
Not onlythat, but all of this information that we should not eat meat or that we should eatmeat or that we should do all these different things, have a high fat diet and a high proteindiet.
They're all backed by scientific studies.
Everyone is showing really great results inevery single different way of eating as well.
The information I'm going to [inaudible 00:01:27]share with you over the next few minutes may contradict things even more.
However, I wantto shed some light on the bigger picture because I think once you can see the bigger pictureabout what's happening across all of these different ways of eating then you can startto make your own choices.
That's really the biggest thing that I'm going to say from thisvideo now is that you need to make your own choice and you need to tap into your intuitionand what your body wants.
Right now across the board in so many different places there'sa huge energy shift that's happening right around the world.
That's affecting our business,it's affecting the way that we live our lives, and it's affecting our bodies as well.
Mybelief is that why so many people have anxiety and depression and all these autoimmune diseasesand cancer is because they're so far disconnected from themselves that this energy shift isjust causing them so much chaos inside their mind and their body that they're trying tocatch up to come back to who they really are, but they don't know how to deal with thoseemotions.
Where do you start? What is the best way foryou to move forward and start eating the right foods and not get distracted by so many ofthe different choices that you do have? The biggest tip that I have for you is tune intoyour own body because your own body actually does know exactly what it wants.
We're movingfrom this place now of scientific backed studies, which I definitely believe there's a placefor science.
A lot of the science is manipulated by large corporations, but I believe thatwe're moving to a more intuitive-based way of living.
That's really the biggest tip thatI have for you is to tune into your own body and find out what you really want.
I guessthe bigger question here is how can we become more intuitive? How can we connect to ourbodies even more than what we are right now? Maybe you're not connected in at all.
The way this comes back in and makes thisa bit of a paradox and a bit of a contradiction is that one of the best ways that I've foundto increase your intuition is to get rid of all processed foods.
That's pretty undeniablenow that we need to get rid of all processed foods, doesn't matter if you're big in paleoor any of those other diets.
They all say the same thing is get rid of processed foods.
That's naturally going to elevate your vibration.
Not only that, eat high vibrational foods.
You want to be eating fresh, organic fruits and vegetables because if you think abouta fruit that's hanging on a tree or let's start at the seed.
There's a tree and it'sgrowing let's say an orange.
It starts off as a seed and that seed naturally brings inthe sunlight from the sun and the water from the rain and also uses the elements in theair in order to grow.
All of that sunlight produces electricity in our body and the waterproduces electricity in our body.
If we're eating fresh fruit especially then we're essentiallyenergizing our body with pure electricity that is going to run through our body.
Naturallythat electricity raises our vibration.
When our vibration is raised higher and we're eatingthose types of foods then we can tune into our own intuitive feelings and begin to noticewhat our body actually wants.
At the opposite end of the scale of that isthe very lowest vibrational foods that are going to pull your vibration down and makeyou less intuitive.
There are exceptions here.
I know a lot of people who are quite intuitiveor a few people who are intuitive and still eat these types of foods, your meat-eatinganimals.
If you're eating meat from say crocodiles or, I don't even know, whatever animals areeating meat, then that's your very lowest vibrational type of food.
The next one wouldobviously be eating meat would be your next one and your processed foods and then you'vegot your fruits and vegetables being your highest vibrational foods.
You want to beeating those predominantly most of the time.
The second way I would say to increase yourintuition, and I can only speak from my own direct experience and what I've done becausein just the last twelve months I've shifted my life to be incredibly intuitive, doingthings that I never thought was possible.
One of the best things that worked for mewas working with somebody and doing some re-connective healing.
Re-connective heeling was first initiallybrought into the world by Dr.
He has really great background and some storiesabout that.
Effectively, it is just another way to raise your vibration and raise yourbody's energy.
He explains it as it connects the strings in your body to be back to howthey really are instead of being disconnected, similar to what I was saying before.
Re-connectivehealing he said is it's supposed to be above all.
Whether that's true or not I'm not sure,but some type of energy healing is definitely going to help you and that can be things likereiki, seichem, tai chi, qi gong, all of these energy building and life force building exercisesand techniques and modalities, they will effectively raise your vibration as well.
One thing on modalities though, and againI'm going to contradict things, is that we're moving past the modalities.
All of these modalitiessoon I believe will become obsolete.
They're great for training wheels, but it's not untilyou transcend those modalities and let go of the techniques, that's where the real poweris because we're moving to a more heart-based world.
That's the truth of it.
If you're lookingfor somebody who's trained in some of these modalities then make sure that they're reallymoving towards that heart-based space as well because they're probably going to help youout a lot more.
If you're connected with me you're going to connect with them a lot betteras well.
I definitely recommend that and some type of energy healing as well.
Then really just connecting and being yourself,loving yourself, accepting yourself, being in the heart when you speak.
When I do thesevideos I don't make up any notes whatsoever.
I used to think that I had to prepare everythingcause that's what I was taught in school, whereas if you can drop into your heart, yourheart already has all of the answers.
Your heart has the medicine inside you.
In fact,all of this stuff that I've said before now in this video can be completely obsolete ifyou're a hundred percent tuned into your heart because your heart has all the answers.
That'sthe way that we're moving right now and that's my direct experience and how I've actuallybeen feeling as well.
Everything I do I really zoom out and take a look at the bigger pictureand have a look at what's happening around me.
There's so many people who are startingto unconsciously move into a more heart-based way of living.
I'm so excited for it becauseeven if they don't know it at the time, it's exactly what is happening.

They're my biggest tips.
Tune into your ownbody.
Don't get caught up in the hype of veganism, vegetarianism, paleoism, peganism.
All ofthis stuff is predominantly there to try and sell you into something.
I don't like howthey all clash against each other and try and make each other bad because that reallydisconnects us even further to what we really need.
Tune into your own body, listen to whatyou want.
